Ordering:
Our website features an easy to use "shopping cart/bag" for ordering items . Simply select an item, click on the "Order Now"
button, and follow the steps on the checkout page.
Shipping:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
We offer FLAT RATE GROUND SHIPPING - $5.95 - within the Continental U.S., irrespective of order value, quantities, number
of items purchased or number of packages.
Which means the more you buy, the more you save!
We usually ship larger and bulkier orders by FedEx Ground which normally is delivered an average of 3-4 working days
from ship date within continental U.S. depending on the distance from Colorado. For smaller orders, we usually ship USPS
Priority Mail which is delivered within 2-3 days.
If you need time specified delivery (next-day, two day etc.), we can have this shipped accordingly for an additional charge,
please contact us for this. We will email you the cost for this based on weight, dimension and distance.

Sales Tax: - CO orders only
Is applied for orders shipped within Colorado only, will be automatically computed and added at checkout: Shipped within
Boulder, CO: sales tax @ 8.16% (reduced from 8.31% effective Jan 1, 2008)
Shipped within CO but outside of Boulder city limits: sales tax @ 4.18%
Payment :
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and payment via PayPal. Cards will be charged on the date of
shipment. We also accept money orders and checks; orders against checks will only ship after the proceeds clear in our
bank account.

Our site is hosted by Yahoo! and uses the latest in SSL encryption and security features for secure on-line credit card use.
We prefer orders on-line but we also except orders by fax or phone.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is packed or shipped.

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by email of the expected ship date. You will then have the option of accepting
